Kick off Juneteenth with pickleball on Saturday June 13, 2026
 
As the first black-owned pickleball facility in the US we are proud to extend an invite to our community for a day of clinics, open play, and fun prizes.  Events on this day are priced at $18.65 in recognition of the year 1865, when news of emancipation reached the last enslaved people in the United States.
Bring your friends, neighbors, fam…all are invited!

We'll encourage folks to give back and will have QR codes up for you to donate to Girls in Sports Day and the Oakland Mayor's Summer Youth Employment program.

For Ages 8-16 Beginner and Advanced Beginner clinic. Learn the basics or get a refresher. Lets get more kids into the game and have some fun!

Priced at $18.65 to recognize the year, 1865, when slaves learned of emancipation. Come out and pick up some new skills!

Special Event Drop-in Open Play (3 hours)

Special Event Community Open Play priced at $18.65 in honor of the year slaves learned of emancipation (1865.) Typically open plays are $30, we want to make this accessible for more individuals.

We extended the time to 3 hours and people can come and go during that time. If there are >8 people we will switch to rally scoring to 15 for faster rotations (4 on 4 off.)

Free DJ Lounge Kick Back

In partnership with Hella Juneteenth we'll transform the lounge into a Juneteenth celebration with a DJ, Happy Hour Specials, and black owned vendor pop ups. Play games, kick back and enjoy!
