Booking Courts
How do I reserve a court?
All court time must be reserved in advance via our booking portal.
When can I book?
Booking windows vary by membership level and members in higher-tiers get earlier access. Everyone can access court reservations here. Bookings are available daily at 8AM. All available courts are released to the general public 4 days ahead.
Is open play available?
Yes! Daily open play is a core part of our community. We have 5 different level categories, 2.5 hour sessions, capped at 8 people per court. Reserve a spot here.

Memberships
What membership levels are available?
Memberships are on sale now with initiation fee waived! Quantities limited — learn more here.
We offer a range of membership options to match your lifestyle and level of play. All memberships are nonrefundable and billed monthly. Each tier offers different benefits — including PA Punches, booking priority, discounts, and more.
What are PA Punches?
PA Punches can be used to book Open Plays, Private Court Bookings, Clinics, Sauna, and more! Some memberships also include activity specific punches for additional play.
How long is the membership commitment?
Clubhouse is no commitment. Baller and Ambassador memberships are 6 month commitments.
Can you change membership types month to month?
Members at all tiers are able to upgrade their plans any time (assuming availability). Downgrades are allowed at membership renewal.
Can I freeze/pause my membership?
We allow for a membership freeze once per year for one month to account for long vacays, busy work periods, etc. If you need to freeze often, our 40 punch pack may be right for you.
Punches
Why is my reservation showing a dollar charge instead of punches?
Sometimes the app may show a dollar amount during the reservation process even when you plan to use punches. On the final payment screen, you should see the option “Pay by Package.”
If you have punches available and the system still shows a dollar charge, it may be because the reservation cost is greater than your current punch balance. The system can’t automatically split payments between punches and dollars.
To use your punches, you’ll need to create a reservation that matches your available punch balance, since the system won’t prorate the remaining amount.
Will I get my punch refunded if I cancel?
In most cases, yes—if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance and the punch was used within the same month.
Punches will not be refunded if:
The punch used was from a previous month
The cancellation happens within 24 hours of the reservation
That said, we always try to be reasonable when extenuating circumstances come up.
How can I view my punch usage history?
You can see your punch history directly in the app:
More → Billing → Packages → Select the Package → Usage History
This will show where and when your punches have been used.

Policies
Can I bring an outside instructor to the club?
To keep instruction consistent and support our coaching team, outside instruction is not permitted at Pickle Athletics.
We’re proud to offer fantastic instructors for all levels and are always adding more opportunities for members to improve their game. Members are absolutely welcome to play with skilled friends and guests—just not host private lessons with outside coaches.
Do I need to be present for a court reservation?
Yes. If you reserve a court, we ask that you’re present for the booking.
If the reserving member isn’t there, guests may not be able to use the court and a no-show fee may apply. This helps us make sure courts are being used fairly and keeps things running smoothly for everyone.
Can my guest use the gym?
Our gym is reserved for members only.
Guests are welcome on the courts when playing with a member, but the fitness space is exclusively for members so we can keep it available and well maintained for the community.
Can punches be shared with other people?
Punches are connected to your individual membership account and aren’t transferable.
Membership pricing is designed to encourage members themselves to come in regularly, meet other players, and build the Pickle Athletics community.
As an ambassador, what happens when I cancel from Open Play?
Ambassador members can cancel reservations up to 6 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made within the 6-hour window may incur a one punch no-show fee.
